        After 4 months waiting for parts, I thought they might of cleaned the car for us.

        I had a car booked in with the service department with a 2 week wait which was fine. But 5 days before the appointment I get a call to say they booked me in by mistake and will have to cancel it. Ok anyone can make a mistake so I wasnt too fussed and then the real bomb shell!! I was told to call back in 6months time to see if they have any availability for bookings. Come on Vauxhall if I wanted to book in an easy service job Im sure you would have got me in much sooner. This is disgusting
