        Had an issue paying money in to the ATM, attempted to pay money in to my wife's account over the counter but refused to accept it as I'm not my wife, we share the same surname and address, I had ID to verify this. Don't quite understand the issue. My wife can't make it to the branch during opening hours due to work commitments which I explained

        After trying to close my account several times, spending time on the phone with no luck, Internet banking not working properly and spending time in a branch in London with no luck, a fairly simple issue was just dragging on and wasting my time. I popped into this branch to try to rectify this once and for all, and the branch manager, Ashley just got down to business and sorted it out straight away. Super efficient, super friendly, followed up with an email confirmation. I am very grateful for such great service and I'd recommend this branch 100%. Thank you!
