        Out of all the banks/building societies on the high street it's the only one that didn't try to get you out of the queue quickly before you could speak to someone with some knowledge. The lady who served me, Natalie I think, with a wonderful friendly Northern Irish accent was honest and transparent, helpful and gave me great advice to the best of her knowledge. Plus, they work a full day, rather than close early like some of the the others.

        Absolutely shocking service from cashier and trainee management who misabushed her power miss stokes and had no implementations in customer care skills and management skills to sort a simple situation arrogant and very rude ,will be closing my account
