Ive been in to the Nuneaton branch on numerous occasions and Ive never really felt like the staff in there were enjoying the jobs. Whoever the branch manager or area manager is needs to address this customer service problem. Take a I walk round the corner to the Coventry Building Society and experience their customer service, its second to none!
