    Poor need to seriously look at there customer experience. They have a phone number but its been disconnected as so you cant speak with them . More staff needed . Felt let down and frustrated not being able to contact them . Cheep repro parts made in china ect .so at some point parts are not going to fit. Thats when you need to talk to them .its not there fault with regards to parts every supplier supplies Chinese repro parts . Can take a day or so to respond via email . They have a long way to go to catch up to the main dealers and there price are a lot higher too . A phone call can get over what your trying to say better than an email . As emails can be taken the wrong way . Good old fashion Communication .

    Good products and customer care, just very slow. Removing the phone number as a way for customers to communicate with machine 7, is very backward. If doing this speed of response needs to be quicker via email. 2 days between each comm on average not quick enough. I Understand that due to less human resources you removed the phone number as a communication tool but in this day and age every other Co is adding communication tools: live chat, watts app, phone, video calls. Your Co is going backwards in ecommerce. Very frustrating to deal with therefore. No need for a response
