I had a problem with my AEG Tumble Dryer and wanted some information about how to clean out some accumulated fluff (not related to the filter). I spoke to AEG Customer Service who recommended I speak to Domestic Appliance Ltd and gave me the contact number. I tried that number but was told "Sorry but the service you require cannot be connected". So in case I had taken the number down wrongly, I Googled the company name and found that the number dialled was correct. I called again but got the same voice message. Although it still comes up as being in business, it looks like this company has closed without notifying AEG (or Google). Subsequently, looking at the awful reviews, I'm not surprised!

Really really difficult to get a hold of. Takes ages to get an appointment... Had to come out multiple times, appliance is still not fixed. 0 stars in all honesty.

Shockingly poor. Agree with those who say 0 is a more appropriate score. Took 20 mins for a human to answer, then they put call on hold for another 10 mins then cut me off. Called back - waited in queue 30 mins listening to most irritating hold music, the. Got cut off again. Called back - 8 mins on hold, got cut off. And repeat. Writing this review whilst on hold again!! I appreciate in current times businesses are having to work differently, so allowed some slack initially, but seriously this is the worst customer service ever. And the real annoyance is after getting nowhere I got a text asking me to rate my experience!! Avoid like the plague if you have other options.

I reported a faulty hub from AEG, they gave an appointment for repair 3 weeks later, the man came and said parts need to be ordered, came back few weeks later without calling, didn't find us at home, left a card to call for a new appointment, which I did, the lady called a day before the appointment to cancel it, now he came today without bringing the parts, asking me if I have them, he said he will come again. I called Electrolux they said I need to make another appointment. They don't respect people time I need to take days off work for these useless appointments. Service: Stove & cooktop repair
