Really good company. I bought 6 heavy duty wall panels and 2 were damaged. After I emailed photos, they immediately sent 2 replacements. Quick delivery as well.

I don't recognise some of the comments below. My experience was very positive, from the initial phone consultation through to arranging a rush delivery for me. Only time will tell how well the panels work, but fingers crossed!

Extremely expensive product advertising airborne noise reduction of up to 49 dbs and has barely made any difference. Spent nearly 900 on underlay for it to make barely any difference. They also sent the wrong strips with the underlay which cost us a day in wasted labour as the carpet guys couldnt fit it properly. The carpet we had fitted has made more of a difference than this underlay. AVOID

After placing the order in good enough timing for when I needed it. The email stated the next step would for the company to update me. This didnt happen and I had to contact them, I was told it would be Monday then it was a Tuesday. Perfect I thought. Arranged for people to be there in the morning as I was told it was. AM drop. It never arrived and no one called to let us know it wouldnt be delivered. We called and emailed to be told at late afternoon it wasnt coming and would be delivered first thing 7am and it has only turned up 8.45. Whilst I appreciate times are hard for business, its hard for small business like myself , I had staff members waiting for it yesterday to fit the sound prod board.communication is key. The product maybe good, and staff are friendly. But communication is so important and maybe look to change delivery people.
