        I started yoga with Emma 6 months ago and am really enjoying the classes. I appreciate the way that Emma gives attention to each individual student's needs and is always encouraging, recognising that we all have limitations, but Iyengar is about working with what you can do and improving over time.

        I attended with my daughter who recommended Emma's class. I was a complete novice but Emma was very supportive and went out of her way to help me. I recommend her friendly and constructive teachings.

        Emma is highly skilled, she really works your body whilst taking into account individual differences and adapting exercises for people with injuries or problems. She teaches in a very caring way. Best yoga class I have been to!
