The meditation sessions helped me reset and come back to my breath, slow down and reassess. It has helped me to come back to my values, and help realise what I can control- my health and mental wellbeing.
Carolines yoga sessions are a beautiful flow to that allowed me to relax and significantly improved sleep. Slow pace makes it easy to follow and gives time to focus on the breath.
Thank you so much for the lifeline through lockdown. You have truly helped me find strength, gratitude and continue on my journey to find myself

It was personalised to me and how I felt. Caroline took time at the beginning to ask me about my physical and mental health which put me at ease straight away. We then started to warm the body up gently and carried on with different poses. We finished with some meditation which I always found hard to do and can't seem to be able to relax my mind but I almost fell asleep on this occasion. I genuinely felt it was more than just a yoga routine, but more a process of relaxation, the occasion to listen to your body, your mind and take some time to focus on yourself with Caroline's guidance on how to do each movements to get the best result.
I am very new to yoga itself but I really enjoyed my time with Caroline. I am looking forward to our next session.
