        I love every moment of classes. I manage to motivate myself to be constant and I have become stranger and leaner. I would recommend BYB to everyone who wants to move from couch and start feeling energetic.

        I absolutely love the sessions at Boost Your Body! The trainers are really attentive, supportive and fun. The sessions are perfect for me as I can easily fit 45 minutes in twice a week. I always leave feeling refreshed from the exercise, it really perks me up after being sat at a desk all day, and all of the other ladies in the group's that I have met have been so welcoming. Even if you are a little apprehensive, like I was, once you get there you will feel welcomed and love it!
