From start to finish, this company was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Zak came to our home to quote us on a full windows and door installation with bifold doors. He was very polite and knew what he was talking about, and what we really liked was the no BS approach! He didn't overprice the quote, then give us a 'discount'. The prices were fair and honest, unlike the other quotes we got. We were really impressed with the installation team and how they turned up and just got on with it. They removed some of the back wall and sorted a preexisting problem with the brickwork to ensure the doors would fit perfectly. The bifold doors look fabulous! We love our new front door and our new windows. They cleaned up after themselves and our home now looks amazing! The installation was Nov '22 and we've had no issues whatsoever since, just a much warmer home with no drafts! I would definitely recommend this company. You will get a fair and honest price, along with a professional and caring finish because they actually care about their work. Many thanks to the Secura team of Zak, James, Lee and T. They are a lovely company and my dealings with them have been a positive experience from start to finish. They undertook a complete replacement of the doors and windows throughout the property and the work was done efficiently and to a very high standard. The results have totally transformed the external appearance of the house restoring some of it's period character. I had two bay windows professionally replaced by Secura Windows. My old bay windows was in a bad state, James recomended extra steel supports above both of the bay windows. Most companies will run a mile but not Secura Windows! So thank you Zak for taking the job on In addition to installing the extra supported bay windows the middle of the bay windows was also completely rebuilt James, Lee and the team went above and beyond and I cant thank them enough! I would highly recomend this company and I wouldnt go elsewhere worth every penny, quality, customer service and the workmanship Secura windows provide doesnt exist anymore.
