I arranged for a window clean and a clean of my conservatory. I have to say, I wasn't at all satisfied with the standard of the clean. Parts had been missed, it was streaky and the gutters were still filthy. I raised my complaints and the same individual came and did a further clean. It was better but there were still areas which had not been cleaned properly. Again I complained. This time, Chris came round himself and ensured that my conservatory received a thorough clean. He also got his ladders out and dealt with splatters of rendering which had been left on my upstairs windows. I was pretty impressed with his desire to ensure complete satisfaction. In addition, he knocked off the charge for the window clean. Service: Window washing
