Needed to phone customer services and spoke to Hayley who was very helpful, i was some bits missing from the pack and she sent them to me without any fuss at all.

This a a very good company to deal with. When the blade on my loppers snapped I contacted Bonningtons , sent them a few images showing the damage and they promptly e-mailed me back asking for my address. The very next day I received a new set of loppers. Excellent service I highly recommend this company.

Customer service Leigh was very helpful in sorting out an issue with missing pieces from a solar light kit. The company were unable to send the required pieces and so organised for a new set of lights to be sent out. No quibble, no fuss just good solid customer service. Thank you!

Thank you for the help from Bonningtons so much it is very much appreciated. The service dealing with complaints ( and request) is amazing ,I shall be contacting Aldi to tell them of the very swift response in resolving my complaint . it's perfect ,such a speedy result I am impressed . Bonnington plastics obviously have a very good team behind them ,well done and thank you again .
