First of all the positive part is stock level. Especially with pet foods, groceries and alcohol.
The worst part is the cost compared to other cash and carry the prices are extortion.
Most importantly the labels, dont trust the labels as the POR shown is always wrong.
Some of the staff are good. But there are some rude ones.
Saturday closing time needs extended.
