    Awful experience; this is not the sort of business that it appears to be - seems to be a sole trader who can't fulfil orders and really doesn't care. Phone rings out and no-one responds to voicemail. Told multiple times via one sentence emails that the item had been shipped (it hadn't) then had to bombard the guy with emails just to get a refund. 18 days wasted, trades had to be put off and now no chance of having bathroom completed before Christmas. Go there at your peril.

    For the past month or so I have been sourcing items for a bathroom refurbishment, as part of this I have placed orders on-line with around half a dozen companies with no issues at all; at least until I decided to purchase an item (value 300) said to be in stock at taps2go.co.uk I have tried to contact the company for two weeks now to order the item off their website - the response to a small e-mailed enquiry has been totally underwhelming and I was at the point of calling them to ask the question yet again - I decided to check if the company had any reviews posted online - hmmm! Perhaps chasing the lowest price isn't the best way to evaluate where to buy from! I will look elsewhere and ensure that I check reviews prior to wasting more time on "we are the cheapest" website based companies. The customer is KING and many companies forget this at their peril. N.B. It's not possible to post a NIL star review

    After my personal experience, and then looking at reviews, youd be best placed to avoid this company. I placed an order for a product and then waited. A few days later I noticed that my account had been refunded for the purchase, but no explanation was sent by e-mail. I tried to ring all that day to find out what was happening, but the phone is never answered and youre just left to leave a message. Two messages later and still no response even though Id left my number. Today I sent them an e-mail and eventually it was answered and it informed me that my order had been cancelled because of damage to the one in stock and it was being discontinued. No e-mail, no phone call. Its funny that the item is still available to buy on their site though! Anyway, I pointed out their lack of customer service and this was responded to with sarcasm! I think its one of those companies with a flashy website and a storage base, but its controlled by someone working from their bedroom in their underpants.

    Absolutely disgraceful company. Don't touch with a barge pole!!! I ordered online and paid @600 for a bath. I heard absolutely nothing so I chased and chased to eventually be told they couldn't get it. I replied and asked when I would get a refund and was again ignored for several days. I persisted and said I would raise a credit card dispute if I didn't get a reply. They then replied and told me as I'd paid with PayPal they had a problem with PayPal and couldn't refund me until that was resolved. I said I didn't pay with PayPal, I paid on my credit card!!! Weeks went by, no refund and I had to relay persist to get any replies. I finally registered a credit card dispute with my bank and the only reason I got my money back was because my bank credited me. No further communication from them at all. I know it's been hard times, but I was very patient. If you're selling stuff online and taking money then you're still operating and should communicate and refund people. Will never ever go near again. If you're thinking of buying from them online, don't! If I could give no stars I would. I only wish I'd read these reviews first!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!
