Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended vet practice! I went in to ask if they could MOT my tortoise who had just woken up from hibernation and Jenny the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and booked me an appointment with their exotic pet specialist; Luis Pardo. Luis was again very friendly and knowledgeable about my lil dinosaur and gave me lots of helpful advice and was patient with all of my subsequent questions. I didnt feel rushed and my tortoise was given a thorough check-up and given plenty of time. Both Jenny and Luis were upfront with any costs (i.e. fecal analysis to check for parasites) and it was obvious that the animals health is at the forefront of this vet practice and not the money (unlike some vet practices Ive had the misfortune of visiting!) as my tort wasnt given any extra unnecessary treatments, tests or prescriptions as even the parasite analysis was completely at my discretion and I didnt feel pressured into. I am very happy to have found this vet practice and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I love vets4pets, ans pets at home the staff are friendly and helpful, but more importantly, they're knowledgeable. I asked about food, for my cat that has a sensitive stomach, they recommended AVA, and told me if my cat doesn't like it, it can be returned, with a full refund. They do this on all their own branded goods.

The whole team were very friendly and welcoming and really made me feel confident that my dog was in safe hands and would be well taken care of before, during and after her surgery.
