        My dog was seen as an emergency and due to Hannah and your team stabilising her with fluids and pain relief we were able to travel to pride park where she currently remains fighting for her life. Vickie was outstanding in her compassion, kindness and care she gave us whilst we were waiting

        My mum actually recommended me to take my fancy rat here because the vets seem to care about the animals, big or small. We've had vets before at other places that didn't treat our rats as friendly or seemed to care, like they would with our dog. So when we had to say goodbye to our final rat we took her here, the vet was so lovely, and it was obvious they really care about the animals. With all vets shared the same compassion for all pets no matter what they are.
