Very angry at this practice, my poor dog saw a a total of 6 vets here because they're on rotation, 4 out of 6 vets didn't know their bottoms from their elbows, wouldn't listen when we told them that our dog was fine prior to her being put on meds, wouldn't listen when my son told them she was tensing when eating, due to their guessing as to what was wrong with her and not testing her for certain things earlier, she ended up having to be put to sleep, one of the useless vets was a clinical director. They also accused her of being fussy which she never was with her food.. They made her anxiety worse, caused her a lot of unnecessary stress, the head nurse wasn't much better either. My son will be leaving a proper review next week because I'm too angry and upset to explain without going into a full rant. I won't ever send any animals I adopt in future to this practice and no I don't want to contact you either. Edit 17/04/23 - Something else I've just discovered when putting our dog's harness away, they even damaged that which wasn't even that old and we know it was Ambivet because they're the only plonkers to have been near her harness to do anything with it or our dog, probably when they did a blood tests, utterly disgusting damaging things like that, not telling the clients, then expecting people to pay you consultation fee's and such, disgusting practice. Also to the person responding to this, do you not read reviews properly or do you ignore people just as the vets do? I already said I didn't want to contact the practice. It's clear that this practice doesn't care in general because the responses are generic copy and paste rubbish. I will however be contacting the RVC.
