From start to finish the service from Cema has been exemplary! Our new Fresh milk coffee machines are fabulous and everyone comments on the quality of the drinks. The Office and service team are quick to answer any questions and resolve issues if we have any. If you are looking for a new coffee experience for your workplace I would highly recommend!

We rent a hot drinks machine and table top water cooler from Cema Vending for our office. The customer service was brilliant from the first initial contact all the way to the installation. Theyve always been available to offer any support or attend to any issues and I would likely recommend them.

Avoid this company at all costs. Not only do they treat their staff like absolute garbage with an extremely high turnover of them, the machines they provide for their customers are inadequate. Leaky, old, change swallowing eyesores. They have an entire mezzanine floor dedicated to refurbing 100s of machines with prehistoric parts. All made to look brand new. After leaving a job to join cema and having 100% attendance whilst there, I got a phone call one morning saying this isnt working were coming to get your van, for struggling with a new system that wasnt fit for purpose and that the previous months I wasnt trained on. After this happened I wrote a letter to management who said well look into it. Hence my decision to write this review. They treat their staff like rubbish. A lot of people wouldnt write a review as they may withhold a job reference going forward, however with me going straight to my old place one day after I wont even put this shoddy experience on my CV. If you want a van with 300 dents turning up every week and an engineer being a permanent fixture in your workplace use these cowboys.
