This garage is special, so many cars and so much hot chocolate. from the sales team who had all the time in the world for me, the lovely kind administrator and everyone involved, I had the best experience and everyone wanted to make it the easiest and best experience. Even when I was ill and couldn't answer my phone, their attention and patience could not be faulted. I probably will only ever buy a car from here in the future x

Visited the store today we was seen to by Brandon at the showroom, he was extremely professional whilst making the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. We went for a test drive and he took his time to make sure we was happy with the car and experience. Overall I was extremely happy with the visit and we now have our new family car.

The car i selected was in an excellent condition, but then, it had only 1500 miles on the clock, so it was as good as new, The salesman Tommy, was quite good, but he was disappointed we didnt buy the Gap insurance or Paint protection, on collecting the car, we were handed the keys, and that was it, no help regarding the workings of the car, l asked the manager, wheres the Instruction book, and he handed me a 12 page pamphlet, (Getting to know your car,) on arrival at home, we found that the standard spare wheel thats fitted to these cars was missing, we made enquiries to Car shop, and was told, thats how it was when they bought it, a virtually brand new car, with the 240 page instruction book and spare wheel missing,we are very disappointed , that the company are not doing anything to rectify the missing items,
