    Bought a car in July, after couple of days I noticed some major issues which this dealer was not keen to fix. After some angry calls they agree to fix some faults only which took me around a month and 40miles drive in total! Now I need to pay for break discs and pads replacement myself, as they say breaks have worn out while I was driving ( obviously not my fault). P.s. the car was not so cheap at all

    Very happy with my purchase! I bought an Honda Jazz on the 28th of August at a good price and in very good conditions. Before posting a review I wanted to use the car as much as possible so that this was based on a true experience and not just the compulsory rush in leaving a comment. Since I bought the car I've been using it constantly to go to work plus two long distance travels (Nottingham Manchester - Manchester Nottingham) and mid distance one (Notts Derby - Notts - EMEA Airport) and I can say that I am really happy about the performances. The car has been very well kept for the age and everything works regularly (sometimes I've also been surprised by the fact that some automatic features works exactly as expected such as the sensor for the rear wiping blades that activates them automatically when in rear gear and the AC prompted automatically when the wind defroster is on and the temp in the car is high in order to steam off the windscreen). The A/c though is not working as expected but probably needs just to be refilled. Definitely not a major issue and not a priority for me. Kirk has been very polite and helpful since the beginning giving me the chance to see the car out of the normal working hours, due to my work schedule, and very patient when was time for me to decide. The test drive has been provided and he's never been pushy for me to buy. Since the first moment he provided me with all the documentation (by the way I found the rest of the service history, was on a different section of the service book, so the car has a FULL HISTORY!!!) and has answered all my questions in regards the previous owner. He also gave me a check to the battery ( although he was right and this was perfectly fine). And today I finally also received my V5 (delay was due to DVLA covid issues not the dealer) What else to say: before approaching Cars of Nottingham I was very skeptic due to my previous experience with Arnold Clark and their horrible service (which I left already bad review about). Having such an horrible experience at my first time buying a car in Uk from a major dealer I was sure a smaller, local dealer was even worst but now I have to say that I was entirely wrong! Thanks a lot guys for your help :)
