I bought a BMW M2 from ESP in March 2023. I dealt with a number of sales staff who answered my questions very promptly and honestly. The car was well presented, as described and overall the experience was very good indeed. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that unfortunately the service department reset all the service indicators on the car, therefore the car did not accurately reflect what services were required. When I independently checked the service history with BMW, I subsequently found out that a brake fluid service had been missed. This of course is not the end of the world, but it would have been good for this service to have been carried out before I collected the car. To be fair, ESP did offer to carry out the service if I brought the car back to them, but it would have cost me more in petrol to travel back to ESP than just pay for it myself locally! They admitted their mistake and have reviewed with their maintenance team how this error can be prevented in future. I would happy return to ESP for a future sale.
