As an owner of a Bailey caravan that sadly has seating supplied by this company I am astounded they are still in business. My cushions have collapsed after a few weeks of collection and this company has chosen to ignore my complaint.

Absolute disgrace of a supposed to be a professional firm , the cushions they make for motohomes are a disgrace ,cheap and nasty, when you want help they just pass the book and blame the maker of the motohome , hope you sink

As an owner of a 2018 Elddis Buccaneer where the Ozio foam, that this company used, started sagging within weeks of ownership. No point in going to the trouble of a warranty claim as we would have only received the same rubbish again. It is cheap and nasty. The company now prominently states on their website that they only deal with the trade. Obviously they were tired at the amount of end consumers complaining to them. This company does not deserve to survive. Take note folks, if you go to look at a new caravan or motorhome, just check the labels on the soft furnishings. If it reads 'Leisure Furnishings', then just walk away and find a manufacturer with some pride. Very Poor!

This company should not be supplying Elddis/Buccaneer Caravans, There quality is very poor and even under warranty they are so in professional its unbelievable, 35k on a caravan and the seats have gone saggy, they really do need to get a grip with quality. Please be aware this is a very poor company to deal with especially when it comes to poor cheap foam they put in the cushions.
