        The worst coustomer service ,worst communecation.I paid extra for care kit were going to send it to me with my sofa by delivery but I didn't recieve it and keep calling them but no respond just keep telling to me a fter 72 hours later stil I'm waiting .Also when the delivery people came to my house they refuse to take off their shoes and I told them I have a Asmatic child and my house is carpet Also I have a OCD but they didn't care about coustomer and even like the other company didn't have a shoes cover bag to use it . It was a first and worse experience with DFS .

        The staff of this branch are very kind and helpful, but the CS is totally unacceptable. We bought a sofa and dining table in the middle of January. The dining table has not confirmed the delivery schedule even though we called CS. We have sent two emails but never got any reply and called CS at least 4 times. Every single time, they say they will call back the next day but never happen. Until now, we are sitting on the floor and have food. Never think DFS will take care of your order after you have paid.
