        The drivers are rude and think they own the road. One threatened me this morning with the police because I wouldn't hand over my right of way. Poor terrifed kids in the van. He needs to grow up, Bully!

        Whom ever was driving for this company on 4th November at 3.40pm down Nabbs Lane, has been reported to the police. He decided to overtake moving traffic on a very busy school road and then proceeded to cut Infront on me, forcing me to slam on my breaks with 2kids and a baby in the car. Given that this vehicle held children in it, I would be a very concerned for their well-being and I think their parents need to know.

        First delivery yesterday cancelled 2 hours after due time. Second attempt today at 06.29 with only 5 mins notice. Parcel was damaged in two places.The driver was extremely rude and refused to allow time for us to sign for the parcel let alone the fact that it was damaged. All round a very unpleasant experience

        I have worked for Arrow Specialised Transport for over 12 years now and I've enjoyed working there and continue to. The Boss Jon is Great and calm and you can easily talk to him and Jane in the office is a lovely understanding person that actually talks to you like a person. I recommend working for Arrow, I'm not going anywhere.
