I started my course about a month ago for a level 3 pharmacy production course, they said my level 2 qualification that Ive held for nearly 8 years no longer qualifies, so theyve forced me to do it all over again. However their coursework is aimed at community pharmacy and nothing to do with hospital pharmacy, they will not give you any work around except make you do it despite not having any information at hand that can answer it. If youre doing any sort of pharmacy training, dont do it through these people.

Buttercups have been fantastic whenever I have required information or support. My wts was given the support necessary to help me finish my course. Every time I have phoned/spoken with a member of staff they have been professional, polite and helpful.

Ive been signed for this course back in September . I am working full timei in busy community pharmacy and even with 20% time of my work scheduled for studying Ive decided to quit this course. Modules not revelant to any aspects of pharmacy. ( do I really need to write an essay why I want to be pharm tech???) Mistakes and missing links and information in modules. Virtual classes not available ( Ive emailed my tutor several times that cannot move to new module which she just ignored , until Ive sent a screenshot of blocked module)and if you eventually manage to sign for one prepare for 40 minutes absence check by tutor instead of learning anything. Need to add that this provider operates between 9-5 ( not really suitable for full time worker in pharmacy? Virtual classes if ever available scheduled for noon or 1 pm) This course is not for person working full time!

The worst if you are trying to do the pharmacy technician course. The amount of ridiculous work required is a joke and the tutors themselves need to learn about pharmacy work rather than repeating work for their stupidity of not understanding something because they're not competent enough. For example my husband had to repeat work for saying explaining the mechanism of action of an antibiotic but the correct answer was it works by killing bacteria rather giving him credit for knowing more. I just don't know really who to complain to about these people. This place needs to close down andthey need to compensatetheir students for all the mental pressure they put them through clearly only because the program and the tutors are are ignorants. I wish someone from Buttercups dates to give me their complaint procedure. Because you are a joke.
