For starters the good.... Jodie as always was FANTASTIC. She makes the whole Motability process so easy. She explains things really well and never makes me feel stupid regardless of the question I asked. She understands what I need and comes up with the best solution to meet those needs. She goes over fully the car with me, and gets me set up and happy, fully explaining everything. The fact she was there 3 years ago when I got my last car and was still there this time was incredible. To me, she embodies Toyota. When I walk in usually I am greeted by the receptionist in a friendly and professional manner, I'm made to feel comfortable and am always offered a drink. This time I was greeted by a sullen young girl apparently called Victoria who looked like she wanted to be anywhere other than there. She told me where to sit, there was no smile and no drink offered etc. When Jodie was going over my car three staff members stood around reception having an EXTREMELY loud conversation for over SEVEN minutes, I was timing, about where they were going out that weekend, what time to be ready etc. They're having this conversation on Toyota time and I heard every single word of it, and I wasn't the only customer in the showroom, shows you Inchcape's professionalism. I thought it couldn't get any worse. At one point Victoria went wandering through the showroom, a young lad called something out of the office to which she turned around stuck her middle finger up and shouted f*ck off. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOWROOM WITH CUSTOMERS AROUND!! If Jodie's not there in three years time when it comes to ordering my next car then I'll be going to Ron Brooks.

I have bought it the Toyota Camry from Nottingham show room and I had very bad experience the car had scratches and I told them and they said they will fix this . You have to wait 4 days I said okay but after 4 days when I been to collect the car was in same condition and they said come next week we will try what we can do . The was only 2 years old I am not happy with the service and on top they charge 599 extra for paint protection but the did nothing .
