    Great response from the customer service team - both in terms of speed of response and the proposed solution for a problem.Dealt with folks in the UK, very pleasant chap - Chris - owned the problem from start to finish (he was 5 stars!) The issue was partly my fault and partly unclear info on the TA account info (hence 4 stars), but once I realised there was an issue I couldn't fault the customer service. :)

    Was not a customer by choice - unfortunately our previous supplier Fast SMS has merged or been bought by TextAnywhere. So far I am not impressed. The SMS messaging does work but the remaining aspects of the service gives me no confidence: Customer service is extremely bad at responding to queries. Credit card payments appear to be the only way to make payments and the system has been unavailable for 48 hours, leaving us potentially unable to even use messaging.

    We were a reseller of Mediaburst now textanywhere. I was on hold to speak to their support team for 1 hours before I gave up. I tried to speak to the sales team and that was redirected to the support queue - unless you want the same experience DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    Avoid at all costs. No reply to customer complaints, 0 sms received on business critical sms numbers that we previously working fine on Fastsms. Not able to deliver their core service, and not able to provide anything close to customer service. My customers are beyond angry - should be called textnowhere
