        Not happy at all! I recently agreed to an upgrade to my mobile phone call plan and was charged almost double what was agreed. One month later, 4 phonecalls, 3 conversations each with confirmation that I had been overcharged, 3 promises to call me back and rectify the situation, and 3 emails to them, I have been completely ignored. Not one call back and still no refund! Disgraceful way to treat a customer that has been with them for +/- 4 years!!
