        Dreadful company to deal with. Would definitely not recommend. They have no clue as to why they are billing what they are billing. I have been sat with a credit for some time but waiting for it to hit the bank is like plaiting fog! Bonus points if you get to speak to someone in accounts

        Awful service was waiting for a line installation for 2 months, on which no one arrived and still to this day I dont have a line with them. Rude staff and empty promises. They have a team who dont communicate with one another and then went on to, Im not so many words, call me a liar. When in fact They are FULL of it!!! Very unprofessional, would not recommend their services. Stay well away

        Very unprofessional, spoke to the owner who doesnt want to provide me with services just because he doesnt want to???? What sort of business is this? After empty promises and numerous times contacting them I have given up as I not longer actual WANT their services.. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

        We cant praise Hello Telecom enough. They provide us with an excellent business VoIP phone service at a great price. The whole team are extremely helpful and can always answer queries professionally and quickly.
