Tried to move to digital with this company, a complete disaster as our analogue lines have been switched off before our digital lines are installed, currently have no phone lines and can't get them to organise any help, we keep getting put on hold and transfered to people at BT who can't help. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

Aspire is the BT Local Sales Agent and we use them for our leased line and BT Cloud SIP telephony. Everything goes through smoothly and it's good to have Geoff and Lauren there to get us through to the hard-to-reach departments in BT.

I had a very strange cold call from these guys claiming I already had a contract with them (I don't) and that BT were going to stop doing normal phone lines so I needed to move to VoiP. Given VoiP needs internet and my internet needs my phone line they either don't know very much about IT, or were just trying to drum up some unnecessary work. Any company that tries to sell you a VoiP service by suggesting your normal phone line will stop working is perhaps not one you should partner with
