The man on the phone is extremely rude

This taxi company is appalling. I booked a car 12 hours in advance, requesting a dog friendly service. They booked me a car with no issue and all seemed fine. 10 minutes before our car was due to arrive, we had a call saying no cars were available. When I asked why the car was not coming. They were incredibly rude and said we would have to phone back. When I asked how many dog friendly cars were available, the man on the line hung up on me. So incredibly rude. The service was appalling. We are unable to get home and in a city we are unfamiliar with. Do not book with this company. They are atrocious.

So last night, you managed to ruin our plans. We booked a cab at 5pm for a 7pm pick up. 7.10pm - no show so called up. The advisor wouldn't commit to telling us how late the taxi would be and that we would get a text. No text received. 7.25pm I called again. The advisor admitted that a cab had not yet been assigned to us and could not tell us when one would. Dinner reservation did not go ahead due to this shambles of a service. We will never use you again!
