    Very frustrated that I have almost l missed an appointment as a result of this taxi service. When I called they told me a car was available now, on its way as soon as I paid the prepayment (I live 2-3 minutes away). After paying and waiting 20 minutes I called and could only get an automated message saying no drivers currently available. In the end I had to cancel via the automated system and call back in order to speak to someone to request my refund. Completely unacceptable to say a car is on its way and then not have anything available.
