For the first two years with Lynsey everything went well, in 2019 however she started being slow to respond to emails, I couldn't get through on the office phone (mailbox was full so couldn't leave a message) this resulted in me having a last minute panic before VAT payments resulting in me actually having to go and knock on her door. After several quarters where she wouldn't respond/made it really stressful I decided to give in and move on. My new accountants sent a clearing letter, it's now a month later and she hasn't provided them with anything they need to make the hand over of accounts despite promising me she would. She's not responding to emails, phone calls or text messages anymore. Incredibly un professional and I cannot recommend avoiding her services enough.
