Me and my husband joined Martin's beginners class in September and are thoroughly enjoying the classes so far. Martin is a great teacher and the class has a nice mix of beginners and those with more skills. If you fancy trying something different I can thoroughly recommend this!

So much fun! From my first day to 5 years later have enjoyed every class. Martin, thru his teaching of Lishi and it's arts, has made exercise and learning an absolute pleasure. Would highly recommend it to anyone

I studied Kung Fu with Martin here, and I must say it has been very interesting and enjoyable as well. He is a very good and competent master, humble and understanding, he immediately made me feel at ease. All the other students were also very welcoming. Classes were also not expensive by any means. If you are interested in learning more about Kung Fu, I recommend giving it a try!!

We invited Martin from Lishi to our primary school for a Taichi event. Our pupils enjoyed it and Martin was very patient and understanding. A fair price for a lovely Taichi day in school, Thanks Martin.

Friendly, relaxed and welcoming class. Martin approaches it all in a fun way. Overall it's quite unstructured which I like so you never quite know what each class will entail. I have been going for a couple of months and am surprised how well I seem to be progressing. A testament to Martin the teacher I guess! This isn't an exercise class (although it can be hard!) it's about the whole thing so energies, focus, attitude, as well as moves. There is a cross section of people all of whom are lovely and friendly. If you are looking for something that is Art as much as Martial and you don't want to be surrounded by kids, this is the class for you
