Avoid!!! I booked 6 lessons and after having 4 they said the instructor has left the company and they dont have anyone to replace her for 3 weeks. They said a new instructor will contact me to book the lessons but nobody contacted me for 1 months and a half. Once I asked them for a refund, they said the new instructor was fully booked and I can have lesson when they have availability on a later date ( the dates that I am not free) I told them that I want a refund as they didnt offer the lessons during the time that was free and they stopped replying to my emails!!!! Swim Now is a scam. They have no respect for your time and money. Initially they pretend to be nice to take your money. Once they have received your bank account details, you would have to chase them for your lessons .

Great experience of learning to swim. Monica is a very calm and easy going instructor. Very professional and patient. My wife has a phobia of water and finds really hard but monica is very good with her. I would really recommend swim now.

It was a bit bold decision to start learning swimming after being afraid of water for over 30 years. Monika has been so patient, supportive, and encouraging, which has made me feel so at ease in the water and really built my confidence.

This was my sons first lesson here and he absolutely loved it. Swim now have great instructors who are passionate about their work and are able to work with different ages and cater well to their needs. My only issue would be the pricing as they are quite expensive and not affordable for every one.

Monika @ Hilton Notts city centre is a v good instructor. Has good teaching skills. Keep it up !
