        Really excellent doctors surgery. When needed, you are always able to get an appointment or a phone call and the doctors, nurses and receptionists I have spoken to or met have all been really lovely, attentive, kind and helpful. I came from a doctors surgery in forest fields and the difference in care has been huge. I am really grateful to everyone at Mapperley plains surgery for everything they have done and continue to do. Cant be an easy job. My son also adores going and has decided he would like to be a doctor when hes older, imagine he wouldnt be saying that if he wasnt as impressed as I am.

        Great Surgery. All the staff are caring, friendly and efficient. I feel so fortunate when I hear all the horror stories from friends who can never get to see their GP. At plains I'm always seen or if less urgent phoned the same day.
