Needed to knock through kitchen / Dining room with structural wall taking into account existing extension, seemed straight forward enough. Initial drawings were incorrect, as were subsequent ones. I had to draw out what it should look like in Excel!! A second and then third visit, I think it was 6 drawings in the end after multiple communications. This whole saga put the build back 6 weeks, luckily the builder was great. I would not recommend.

I was really impressed with the thorough survey and report done of my home, the patience of the surveyor in answering my questions and being treated professionally. I highly recommend the company.

We are currently in the process of buying our first home & our lender was spooked by a crack in the decorative plaster moulded arch & so requested a full structural engineers report in order for us to proceed with our sale. ML Consulting got straight onto it and although we had to wait 2 weeks for our full report to come though, our engineer (Adam I believe) was able to run through his findings over the phone the very next day to put our minds at ease. We are now back on track with our sale and would recommend ML Consulting to anyone looking for professional and helpful service.

Poor communication, 2 weeks turned into 2 months only to be invoices for telling us hat it wasnt possible to remove the columns we instructed them for calculations. We would recommend not using this poor and arrogant company.
