Good menu. Went with a mate. Both ordered fillet; his medium rare, mine rare. The medium-rare came out more like rare but exactly what my mate was looking for. My rare first came out more like medium or medium to well done! Sent it back for a replacement and what came back was more like blue. Conclusion: Some chefs dont know how to cook steak so be careful what you order. Staff were friendly and no problem replacing the fillet. The Sunday lunch looked good so may go back and give that a go instead.

Fantastic food, sophisticated ambience and well-presented, polite staff. Lots to choose from at the bar for a drink afterwards from a knowledgeable barman (no hand pumps however). Nice to see a local business recognise and promote "Long Eaton, Derbyshire", too!
