        Used to be great food here with service to match. As of recent its gone down hill very very quickly. We have now been waiting over 1 hr for our food and still nothing. The place is not even busy. Guys if its going to take this long why not inform the customer? We can then make an informed choice rather than ruin our evening!

        Fantastic food, enjoyable atmosphere and amazing customer service. The manager Saqib is a credit to Torros, he is professional, polite and courteous. Keep up the good work, il be down again after this experience very soon. Thank you :)

        Bad management always some kind of excuses unprofessional staff its like play hide and seek with them theyre always hiding in the corner I wont advise anyone to go Nottingham branch its just not the same as they first opened disappointing especially during Ramadan and its cash only tax avoiders.
