        Jeff did a fantastic job at preparing me for my half Ironman race and helping my muscles to recover afterwards. I'd recommend anyone who is physically active or who competes to incorporate Jeff's approach to sports physio into their training routine.

I was sceptical but I was in so much pain i'd have tried anything. I've been now about five times and the results are astounding I thought it would take a year to see the benefits but it was instant.
