        Excellent sports massage with Agata - she is very knowledgeable, really listened to the issues I was having, and tailored her approach; consequently, the massage has made a difference. I will be continuing to make appointments every few weeks! Also, the 10% NHS discount is appreciated :)

        I absolutely loved it .I Went for a pregnancy massage.I was a bit concerned before I went for the session.I was made comfortable and the whole experience was so relaxing. Helen - the person who did it for me is amazing.

        Had one of my best massages of my life with Valentina on Wednesday. I wanted something deep but not quite sports massage for my back, and anywhere really. She very quickly got to the bits that needed doing and seemed to have a sense for where to go next. She was great at checking in on the pain levels in a way I've never experienced - not going to say it was relaxing but my back has not moved like this for months. She was sweet and easy to chat to but not too much. Really enjoyed the whole thing. Thank you.

        Had a lovely pregnancy message by Molly. So relaxing, did not feel in any way rushed, such a lovely personable lady which made the massage even better and put you at ease straight away. Highly recommend, especially in pregnancy!

        Had a wonderful hour session with Louise - she is a genius! Everyone was perfectly welcoming, I felt comfortable, and I covered a lot of wonderful exercises to gauge the state of my muscles and experienced a great deal of relief for the remaining time we spent on trigger points and tight muscles. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
