Recently saw Jody for help with sore hips - running related. He completed a thorough assessment, identified the issues and provided recommendations on strengthening exercises. He was able to loosen off some niggles too. Would definitely recommend.

Visited Jody for the first time today and definitely dont regret it! Session consisted of a massage, cupping and dry needling, which is all new for me and worked wonders. Jody is very knowledgable and understanding of his craft and it shows in his work. Ive come out feeling brand new and will be revisiting 100%. Ill also mention that hes a top man and very easy to get along with so dont hesitate to book in.

So good. I was really nervous to start with and Jody made me feel super comfortable really quickly. After carrying a lot of tension in my shoulders for years after one session I already feel so much less tight and sore. Have already recommended to everyone I work with.

Jody was brilliant. Very thorough consultation and really nice guy in general so put me at ease straight away. I play football so after several knocks thought it would be worth my while getting a new perspective and it definitely was. My seasons over now so wont need as much help however Ill definitely be booking In regularly when we start back up again. Thank you!

Joe is great. A couple of the band have now been to see him and can highly recommend him. Really good after a strenuous week training or gigs. Joe is passionate and attentive to specific issues that we want addressing. Not bad music taste either!
