        My back was in excruciating pain on bank holiday Monday. Totally siezed up and couldn't bend or do more than a shuffle. 1 session with Nicola which was a mixture of manipulation, massage acupuncture and light therapy and the difference is unreal. I can even bend to put my socks on which I couldn't do before I got there. Nicola is super professional, thorough, caring and exceptionally good at what she does. I cannot recommend highly enough
