Bias towards established clubs. Had a league game where only 2 players for the other side showed up we had to pay ref and pitch and were ready to go but 3 weeks later still not awarded the points despite being on the pitch half an hour past KO time waiting. No organisation with fixtures change the fixture dates last minute and cram in midweek fixtures when both sides have no fixtures on the Saturday which is the day we signed up to play. Communication is awful with teams and never assign refs until last minute. Dont get me started on some of the standard of the league refs they assign either - The only organisation they can relate to is the fact they exist as one !!
