Been to see James a couple times for a bad back, which I have been suffering from for years. James has really helped with reducing the pain and has given me tailored stretches and exercises to help with my specific issue. He thoroughly believes in helping his customers get better and would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Had knee pain after a treacherous and hilly Robin Hood Half marathon (my first ever half marathon) so popped down to see James. James is very friendly and knowledgeable in his field of work. I booked a 5 session package at the end of my first session as I could feel the benefits almost instantly. Over the next 4 sessions we ironed out various knots and pain points that I had which has meant I can get back to running and strength training in the gym with minimal fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James as he is professional in his approach and has in-depth knowledge on identifying sports injuries and helping treat them.

** UPDATE ** I've just finished my 5 session block and very pleased to say I'm now pain free. This was achieved through a combination of massage and mobility/weight exercises that I diligently followed in between sessions. James has also provided me with a further list of exercises to improve my overall strength and core meaning I come out of this in a far better place. Things I've learned:- 1) don't suffer with injuries; seek early treatment 2) doing the prescribed exercises definitely helps with recovery 3) if you have a shoulder injury don't sleep on your side! I went to see James following months of pain with a rotator cuff injury and have noticed a significant improvement after just two sessions. These involved diagnosis, deep massage and demonstration of some exercises to do at home. James is friendly, professional and committed to not only helping people overcome their injuries but preventing them from re-occurring. His pricing is affordable and transparent and I wholeheartedly recommend his services. Just don't leave it for months like I did!
