Had a lovely day today, afternoon tea was delicious. I had 90 minutes treatment in the spa by TIA and she was excellent, she explained all The treatment and listen to my needs. I had a lovely massage that was so relaxing. A lovely facial.. After care treatment was also explained to me. the whole day was very nice, not busy at all so I could enjoy all the facilities.

I went to this spa yesterday and the organisation is absolutely shambolic. Originally I was on the Elemis Retreat package, which includes 90 minutes treatment of a massage, Elemis facial and hot stones, afternoon tea and Prosecco. It also includes day access to the spa (around 3.5 hours, I wouldnt call 3-4:30pm day access, as afternoon tea was at 4:30 and the treatment at 6:10pm). Either way, I enjoyed the package and decided to do the rebook offer- this is where it all went wrong. The staff at reception stated that the rebook offer was the EXACT same package as included when we booked it. Yet yesterday the massage staff insisted the package was a decleor facial and did not include the hot stones. The cafe staff insisted it no longer included Prosecco. Yet my receipt states REBOOK Couples Retreat-90 minutes full body hot stones, facial and scalp massage. Honestly this spa is more stress than its worth due to the lack of organisation and clarity on what youre booking.

Lovely spa facilities....pools, fire and ice, jacuzzis. Cafe caters safely for a wide range of food allergies. All the staff on the day were polite and helpful. A wonderful relaxing session. Excellent value for money....we paid 99 for a couples spa.....cream tea and 90 minute treatment each....fabulous! Only problem....one of us has a number of food allergies....we made this plain on booking and reception were aware when we arrived. However...no one told the kitchen...our 1.30 afternoon tea eventually arrived at 2.15pm as the kitchen tried to provide appropriate food. They usually manage an afternoon tea with gluten free bread etc....but as not aware could only provide a salad.... 90 minute treatments fabulous and we did enjoy day despite food glitch... We purchased another voucher on the way out....
