Awful company to work with, avoid at all costs, it's just frustrating and a waste of time. I was put in touch with Patchworks as an integration partner by Linnworks to connect our Lightspeed POS system. After almost a year of back and forth on custom work (which was a mess in itself), they developed their portal which seemed to be the answer. However, their after-sales service has been a disaster to work with in getting everything up and running. I had no contact at all initially and progress was only made after making a lengthy complaint. Now at another stumbling block, I've waited a week to hear back from a support ticket that just responded with "read the help guide"!! Frustrating and disorganised.

Well where do we start...a WooCommerce connection to PeopleVox still in developent since February 2021. They have failed to understand requirements fully, every meeting resulted in more head scratching, had several launch dates set and they get an error which results in it not being able to go live. Senior management were requested to get involved to get this project resolved and even that hasn't done anything to get this completed. Clayton is now leaving the business which last week he said this was his absolute priority to have finished before he leaves, yet again more flase promises that this company cannot keep. Zero contact from the people taking over the project. The developer is unwilling to even troubleshoot errors thrown out by his API connection, blaming an SSL (which is fully installed) and we are the ones providing troubleshooting topics on the API. This is Patchworks area of expertise is it not ?! Project has been stuck with zero movement for months now.
