Very low pay rate. Lower than in most companies in the area. High demands on performance and very confusing disorganised management. I was offered no contact after 4 years despite very good quality of my service and contribution. The companys leadership can be very toxic and discriminatory at times. Working environment cold and dusty with no windows, no fresh air or natural light in main prepping area. One good think is, they provide free quality coffee for workers and most of the workers are nice people.
