My experience of Breathe is one of joy and satisfaction and I do not recognise anything that previous 1 star reviewers have said. It is almost as if they have reviewed a different company with a similar name? Breathe (note the correct spelling, possibly James M did in fact use a sham company called "Breath" as he refers to them as?) have provided Maddox with an absolutely gold standard service from start to finish. Easy to set up and incorporate into my business, easy to use interface for both business and customer, above and beyond customer service in the case of any query, best in class technology and reasonable rates. In terms of electronic payment facilitation there is no need to look anywhere else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I never take the time to write reviews, and if I always like to leave positive reviews towards other businesses, however there is always a first for everything and today is clearly that day! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Awful company from start to finish.....I don't actually even know where to start... You can never reach anyone at Breath who knows what their actual job roles are. They can barely take a message or organise a return call. Apparently they are always on the phones (probably sorting out a number of other complaints) - don't even think about asking to speak to a supervisor or manager as apparently none of the team are managed or supervised so you are not able to speak to higher ranks...oh wait unless you leave a bad review and then you try and get coerced into taking the review down if they can try and sway you to stay with them and resolve the problem you were trying to resolve weeks ago!! MD has called our business twice now asking us to take our reviews down when our reviews are FACTUAL....extremely unprofessional company did not have a care in the world to try and help our business when Breath COMPLETELY MESSED UP!!! Merchant had been blamed when it was all down to Breath and their incompetent staff. Our business lost so much money over this company due to incorrect business setup. Now they are trying to insinuate we were shut down for a more than insulting reason as a professional business owner and a member of a professional Accountancy body..how dare you insinuate such a reason as to the closure of our account....own it....you messed up and then couldn't be bothered to help us as there was no way out for you! Still waiting for an explanation with evidence of what we have apparently done so bad as customers of Breath and their merchant...a TOTAL SHAMBLES they cannot take the blame and help reach an alternative resolution... do not use this company you will not be able to BREATH all they do is actually try and destroy your business and then only thei MD communicates with you when you leave a bad review to try and remove it! Stay Clear!
